1. Service Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Rurzubsi for legal services provided. By engaging our services, you accept all terms herein. Services are provided in accordance with Malaysian law and professional standards.
2. Scope of Services
Rurzubsi provides regulatory compliance, statutory obligation fulfillment, and dispute resolution services across Malaysia. Service scope is defined in individual engagement letters. We reserve the right to decline matters outside our expertise or jurisdiction.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
- Pay invoices within agreed terms (typically 30 days)
- Maintain confidentiality of attorney-client communications
- Promptly notify us of material changes affecting the matter
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are quoted in engagement letters and may be fixed, hourly, or contingency-based. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. We may suspend services for non-payment after written notice.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information is subject to attorney-client privilege and treated as confidential. We comply with GDPR and Malaysian data protection requirements. Personal data is processed only for service delivery and legal compliance. You may request data access or deletion per our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rurzubsi is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service provision. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Rurzubsi may terminate immediately if payment is overdue or conduct is unethical. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. We recommend attempting resolution through mediation before litigation.
9. Amendments
Rurzubsi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
